Shipping 
Please be informed that XX Fortune orders will be promptly shipped upon fulfillment. Our fulfillment times may vary because some XX Fortune items are produced on demand. However, we are committed to ensuring efficient shipping. Estimated shipping times are provided in the product description, although they may still vary.

 

XX Fortune's US shipping partners include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Wrong Address
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that your address is entered correctly. If your provided address is incorrect, please email customersupport@xxfortune.shop within 24 hours to have it corrected. After 24 hours, XX Fortune is not responsible for any order errors or your package once shipped.

Stolen/Lost or Damaged Package

XX Fortune is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. However, certain circumstances may be resolved through XX Fortune with evidence. Please contact customersupport@xxfortune.shop

Unclaimed Package 

If your package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to XX Fortune. In such a case, you will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the package.

Misprinted/Damaged Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days post delivery. Claims deemed as an error will be covered at our expense.

 

International Orders

XX Fortune is not responsible for import fees of international customers upon delivery. By placing an order to an international destination, you confirm that you understand and accept your responsibility to pay these fees. Please note that as XX Fortune is based in the US, fees may vary.
